Staff UX Researcher

Overview

you will act as a strategic partner to Product, Design, Engineering, and Business teams, shaping product direction through deep user understanding and advanced research methodologies. In this role, you will lead complex research initiatives, influence product strategy and roadmap decisions, and create frameworks that strengthen user-centric decision making across the organization. You will also contribute to the evolution of research practices, support research operations, and mentor others in research methodologies.
