Key Responsibilities
Expert in PVD and EB Evaporation: Utilize extensive knowledge in thin-film growth kinetics to adjust optical, structural, and mechanical properties for intricate multilayer stacks.
Technical Oversight of Vacuum Hardware: Manage turbo pumps, MFCs, and pressure controllers. Lead process change integration across PLCs and control interfaces to ensure exact tool matching.
Lead Continuous Improvement Projects: Enhance and sustain high-volume manufacturing by improving recipe robustness and optimizing cycle time to lower the Cost of Ownership (COO).
Conduct In-Depth Root Cause Analysis: Lead RCA and FMEA for systemic yield issues. Use Pareto Analysis...
