We are actively seeking Staffing Consultants. The ideal candidates are senior staffing professionals with a minimum of 5 years experience within the federal government. Successful candidates will have the ability to work both independently and as part of a strong and dynamic team with proven experience working within the public sector within a professional services environment.
 Daily Tasks and Responsibilities (not limited to)
Reviewing existing materials, organizational and business needs to firmly identify the appropriate staffing strategy and providing advice on staffing strategies based on the solicitation process and related discussions; 
Developing staffing and resourcing strategies including different types of merit criteria and qualifications; 
Developing a work plan and definition of deliverables for each staffing process required, including timelines, tasks, outcomes, and deliverables;
