Overview:

Job Title: Staff Manager (Client-Facing)

Work Setup: Onsite | Cebu or Bacolod | Full-Time l Night Shift

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Project Assignment:

• Assign new jobs to Project Manager

• Prioritize projects and manage workloads
• Review contracts, client and project requirements in the company's internal database, and additional information regarding the project requirements
• Confirm information using online resources (Geotracker, county assessor websites and Google Maps) or by reviewing previous reports
• Review the qualifications of each Project Manager, including calendar for availability, traveling locations, scheduled training and/or vacation before assigning new projects
