We're Hiring: Staffing Recruiter (Remote | Graveyard Shift)
We're looking for a reliable, experienced Recruiter to support ongoing hiring across multiple roles. This is a hands-on role for someone who can source candidates independently, communicate clearly in English, and stay highly organized week to week.
Key requirements:
- Clear English communication
You must be comfortable conducting live interviews and work-related conversations in clear, neutral English.
- Proven sourcing experience
You should have real recruiting experience where you consistently sourced your own candidates using resume databases, LinkedIn, and online search methods to build and manage a strong pipeline.
- Strong attention to detail
In addition to recruiting, you'll support weekly admin tasks related to billing and invoicing. Accuracy and follow-through are essential.
