• Drive and manage technology evaluation and validation processes, engaging with clients to provide technical assistance and guidance to address their profile requests.
• Conduct the final screening/interview process of candidates, selecting the best engineers to fit each position.
• Participate in meetings with clients to understand the engineering profile that fits their needs.
• Work with diverse tech stacks (Web Frontend/Backend, Mobile, QA Manual/Automation, DevOps, Data Engineering/Data Science/Big Data).
