What the Platform Team Does at MAVI

Platform Management drives the strategic side of our recruiting ecosystem, interpreting client needs, aligning talent, and ensuring successful placements. The Platform team is responsible for running the core operations of MAVI’s talent marketplace. They manage the full journey, from understanding customer needs to matching talent, placing them in roles, and ensuring both sides have a great experience. Their work ensures the marketplace runs smoothly, efficiently, and with high-quality service.
