**Job Summary and Responsibilities**

As our Staffing Timekeeping Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and efficient timekeeping processes, helping to ensure that units are appropriately staffed to deliver excellent patient care. In collaboration with local leaders, you will also share accountability for overseeing, coordinating, and managing the comprehensive scheduling and real-time staffing of all clinical areas during designated shifts

Every day, your work will revolve around maintaining constant awareness of changing conditions that can impact staffing needs for our clinical areas.
