Stage - HR Generalist Officer (6/12 months) H/F

Under the supervision of the Head of Human Resources, you will be a key member of our 5‑person HR team and will participate in the following areas:
Training: support coordination of the annual training campaign, assist in planning and delivering training sessions, and contribute to the annual INFPC report.
Recruitment: manage job descriptions and job-board postings, assist with candidate screening and interview logistics, and support onboarding.
HRIS & Reporting: maintain HR records in personnel and training systems, produce regular and ad hoc reports, and support absence management monitoring.
Policies & Operations: review and update internal policies and procedures (English), support event organization, handle routine HR enquiries and assist the HR team with more complex tasks.
Stakeholder engagement: liaise with staff delegates, authorities and external providers as required.
