STAGE - Key Performance Indicator Reporting Officer H/F

The Measures, Indicators and Transformation team (MIT) is part of the General Secretary and Controls, a transversal business line dedicated to take in charge all transversal activities of the operational teams.
The team is working on CACEIS Group level and is based in Luxembourg Paris and Kuala Lumpur.
Using Big Data technology to work on operational data, the Key Performance Indicators (“KPI”) & Data area is in a position to provide clients and internal stakeholders with several indicators which enables them to better analyze their activity as well as to assess service quality delivered.
During the duration of your internship, you will be part of the MIT team.
You will have the following duties/tasks:
Implementation of new productions of KPIs at the request of the Commercial Dept or internal Business Units
Ensure the implementation and production Clients and internal Business Units's KPIs
