Stage & Production Manager

Position: Stage & Production Manager

As the  Stage & Production Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of stage and production operations, including but not limited to:

- Collaborating with the creative team to develop and implement innovative and engaging stage shows and events that appeal to a diverse audience

- Overseeing the technical aspects of productions, including lighting, sound, and special effects

- Managing and coordinating a team of technicians, performers, and crew members to ensure smooth and efficient production processes

- Conducting regular rehearsals and providing direction and feedback to performers and crew members

- Ensuring all productions meet safety standards and regulations

- Managing budgets and timelines for each production, and finding ways to optimize resources and reduce costs
