Following our recent promotion into South Central Division 1, Staines Women's 1s are looking for a new coach to lead us into the 2026/27 season and drive our next chapter of success. We are an ambitious, hard‑working squad with our sights firmly set on another promotion push, and we’re looking for someone who can match that energy and raise the standards once again. The club has easy transport links from London (30 minute train from Clapham Junction) and competitive pay.

What We're Looking For

We want a coach who brings energy, ambition and a clear vision for how we continue to grow at this level. Someone who can set high standards, challenge us, and create an environment where we keep pushing individually and collectively. We are also open to having a player‑coach if that is more suited to you.
