ANRA Technologies is seeking an experienced and diplomatic Stakeholder Engagement and Regulatory Expert to support a strategic aviation project in the UAE in collaboration with DAEP, DANS, and the local civil aviation authority, alongside other civil and military airspace stakeholders. This is a dual-role position responsible for managing stakeholder engagement across government, regulatory, and operational bodies, while also providing technical regulatory guidance and compliance support for the project’s successful execution.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in aviation regulation — particularly in U-space, UTM, and drone operations — with experience in working alongside both civil and military aviation authorities.
