Stamping Operator

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor hot stamping machines to perform foil stamping on paper packaging products.
• Set up machine parameters including temperature, pressure, dwell time, and alignment according to job specifications.
• Install and change stamping dies, foils, and materials as required.
• Ensure accurate positioning, consistent stamping quality, and defect-free output.
• Conduct in-process quality checks to ensure products meet approved samples and specifications.
• Identify and report machine malfunctions, defects, or abnormal conditions to the supervisor.
• Perform basic machine troubleshooting and minor adjustments.
• Maintain cleanliness of the workstation and ensure proper machine maintenance.
• Record daily production output, reject quantity, and downtime.
• Follow all safety regulations, SOPs, and 5S practices at all times.
