Start as Headmaster at OMAC

Become the Headmaster at OMAC Martial Arts, leading Taekwondo instruction in Durham Region, ON. This position requires a 3rd Dan Black Belt and focuses on community involvement and student development.

Beginning in fall 2024, you will be instrumental in a new location's success. Your responsibilities will include learning the OMAC curriculum, fostering a positive learning environment, and promoting martial arts through community initiatives. You'll also collaborate on staffing and lead classes that engage local youth through the afterschool programs.

Key Responsibilities:
• Engage in learning OMAC curriculum through the Academy
• Develop and execute marketing plans for membership growth
• Participate in community outreach for increased awareness
• Work closely with ownership to prepare for opening
• Recruit and onboard martial arts staff and support personnel
