Start-Up Operations Readiness & Assurance Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Operation Readiness & Assurance Engineer to ensure all facilities, systems, personnel, and processes are fully prepared for safe, efficient, and reliable start‑up and operations for a high‑profile client.

• Lead the development and implementation of the OR&A plan across all project phases.
• Define readiness criteria aligned with ADNOC standards and project objectives.
• Develop and maintain OR&A philosophy covering people, process, systems, and assurance.
• Coordinate and participate in OR&A stage‑gate reviews (FEL, detailed engineering, pre‑commissioning, start‑up).
• Verify readiness against defined criteria before progression to next project phase.
