Under initiatives like Accelerate Punjab (AP), Startup Growth Leads play a frontline role in ensuring startups don't just attend programs — they actually make progress.
Role Overview
The Startup Growth Lead is a hands-on, execution-focused role working directly with early-stage startups on a daily basis.
This role sits close to founders. You will help them stay organized, move faster, and focus on growth-related priorities — from customer traction to investor readiness — while also ensuring program processes, reporting, and coordination are handled properly.
