This position negotiates STAT agreements between DaVita Facilities and a neighboring hospital/laboratory. This role inputs and maintains all new, renegotiated and amended STAT contracts into the Contracts Tracking spreadsheet and ensures that the rates associated with each contract event are accurately reflected in the database. This position reports to the Supervisor or Manager, Patient Accounting
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Research local hospitals/laboratories to identify locations that are in close proximity to the DaVita facilities, redline STAT agreements and any pertinent legal documents, coordinate with Paralegals, General Counsel, Facility Administrators, Regional Directors and VPs to negotiate and execute STAT Contracts
