Estimator (Building Projects)

The Opportunity
Our client is seeking an experienced Estimator to join a well-established project delivery team responsible for delivering building construction, maintenance and upgrade works across a diverse portfolio.

This role is suited to someone who enjoys working across tendering, costing and project preparation, with a strong focus on accuracy, compliance and commercial outcomes. You will play a key role in preparing estimates, quotations and trade packages for a variety of building projects while working closely with internal stakeholders, suppliers and subcontractors to achieve quality outcomes.

If you enjoy fast-paced project environments, have a strong eye for detail and understand the commercial side of construction delivery, this is an excellent opportunity to step into a stable and rewarding role.
