Employment Australia program, you will be responsible for strategic operations
across your region, leading a team of area managers and guiding them in all
aspects of quality service delivery and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight
across multiple regions and sites 
Lead and empower a team of Area Managers and their teams to
deliver sustainable employment outcomes for people with disability
Drive innovation and continuous improvement within a
participant focused service delivery model
