Over recent years the firm has expanded from a single Sydney office to a multi‑state practice of ~120 staff across 30+ locations and continues to grow via strategic acquisitions.

The opportunity

Our client has recently acquired a well‑known NSW personal injury practice and is seeking an experienced leader to run and grow the acquired business. This is a hands‑on operational and people leadership role responsible for stabilising and optimising the business post‑acquisition, maintaining client outcomes and delivering sustainable growth.
