• Experienced multi site manager of 10 plus stores, in a fast pace environment
• Strong business acumen, sales focused, understands a P&L
• $110 k + super+ car +bonus

The Role
* Full-Time, Leadership Position- (based in Sydney)
* Manage store performance and brand standards while championing excellence in selling behaviours.
* Partner with our company Workforce Planning to understand workforce plans, store needs, rostering and succession pipelines
* Develop and embed best-practice sales processes, presentation frameworks and on-floor tools
* Build strong talent pipelines for Store Management and future leaders
* Drive a positive, engaging candidate experience aligned to the brand
* Support on-boarding and handover into Learning & Development pathways
