Job Description
The Station Head is responsible for the overall leadership, growth, operations, programming, revenue generation, and brand positioning of the radio station. The role involves driving listenership, building strategic partnerships, ensuring regulatory compliance, managing teams, and achieving business objectives while maintaining the station’s identity and market leadership.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business & Revenue Management
* Drive station revenue through advertising sales, sponsorships, branded content, and strategic partnerships.
* Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
* Identify new business opportunities and market expansion initiatives.
* Monitor budgets, expenses, and profitability of the station.
