Station Head (Kempas)

Job Responsibilities:

• Track and deliver shipments from pickup to delivery.
• Manage staff, subcontractors, and part-time workers to ensure they perform their duties properly and completely.
• Stand in as a hub manager when necessary.
• Handle cash on delivery payments and ensure daily banking.
• Work closely with customer service to fulfill customer requests.
• Oversee daily operations to ensure everything runs smoothly.
• Control inventory and manage shipments to minimize the risk of missing or damaged parcels.
• Perform any other tasks as instructed by superiors.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Conform to ISO 23412 Cold Chain Management System (CCMS), ISO 45001 Occupational Health & Safety Management System, and Halal Assurance System.
• Ensure safety of oneself and others.
• Participate in QMS, OHS, and GDPMD related programs such as training, campaigns, induction, and others.
