Responsibilities
Manpower Management: Plan and implement staff duty rosters to meet customer airlines' demands and requirements, ensuring optimisation of manpower and meeting Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Operational Excellence: Develop work plans to eliminate operational discrepancies and ensure exceptional service is delivered to maintain on‑time performance.
Auditing and Compliance: Conduct random audits on operations to ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and recommend necessary amendments.
Staff Performance: Ensure staff discipline and performance align with GHOM Part A and company requirements.
Appraisals: Perform appraisals for Guest Services staff to provide constructive feedback aimed at high productivity and service quality.
