Station Manager (LIM)

The Station Manager is responsible for the
overall administration, operation and safety of the station in conformance with
all civil laws and regulations as well as approved company policies and
procedures. In addition, he/she is responsible for the activities,
administration and personnel within the various departments at the LIM airport.

**Responsibilities:**

+ Performsa variety of general administrative and training activities. These include butare not limited to: supervises, motivates and trains all ACS personnel so theybecome productive members of the Delta Team.
+ Ensuresemployee awareness and enforcement of published company policies and proceduresas they relate to ACS and ensures compliance with labor law as it applies topersonnel and the requirements needed to implement them.
+ Effectivelyinteracts with and utilizes the service of numerous support departments inDelta...
