The Station Manager is responsible for the overall administration, operation and safety of the station in conformance with all civil laws and regulations as well as approved company policies and procedures. In addition, he/she is responsible for the activities, administration and personnel within the various departments at the LIM airport.
Responsibilities
Performs a variety of general administrative and training activities. These include but are not limited to: supervises, motivates and trains all ACS personnel so they become productive members of the Delta Team.
Ensures employee awareness and enforcement of published company policies and procedures as they relate to ACS and ensures compliance with labor law as it applies to personnel and the requirements needed to implement them.
