Station Manager

The Station Manager is responsible for leading airport operation, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant service. Acting as the company's on-site representative, you will manage staff, resources, budgets, and operational standards to deliver excellent customer service and meet performance targets.

Reports to: Head of Ground Operations

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage all station staff, including rostering, recruitment, training, and performance reviews.

Oversee ground operations, passenger services, cargo, and ramp activities, ensuring safety and compliance.

Manage budgets and supplier relationships, ensuring cost-effective resource allocation.

Monitor operational performance, identify solutions to incidents, and implement new procedures.

Ensure high-quality customer service, health & safety compliance, and staff motivation.
