Job Title: Station/General Manager

Location: Intl. Jean-Lesage Airport (YQB)

Reporting to: Vice-President, Operations, Canada

Responsibilities

• Act as the #1 leader of the station, directing day-to-day operations including Ramp, Passenger Service, and Ground Service Equipment through department managers and administrative staff.
• Ensure high customer service standards under each contractual agreement while meeting company performance objectives, financial metrics, and safety targets.
• Oversee day-to-day operation performance and safety; lead and support organization growth goals and revenue targets.
• Support standardization and a KPI-driven culture to optimize efficiencies and control costs.
