Station Network Expansion Assistant

• Identify potential sites and opportunities for station/network expansion
• Coordinate with lot owner, property owners, local government units, and regulatory bodies
• Negotiate lease or partnership agreements in coordination with management
• Ensure compliance with company standards, safety regulations, and local laws and track performance of newly established stations and recommend improvements
• Filing & Securing all necessary documents
• Oversees all administrative processes in site acquisition

Qualifications:

• Graduate of any Business Course
• Proficient in English & Computer
• Excellent in written & oral communication skills
• With excellent organizational skills
