Station Supervisor

Job Description

• Overall in-charge of the station
• Supervise and coordinates activities of cashier and pump attendant
• Prepare work schedule
• Control inventory and receiving of deliveries
• Prepare Sales report, reconcile daily/weekly and other reports as per require by the management
• Train new and existing staff
• Report all problems that may encounter within the station and recommend solution to address the concerns
• Implement measures to improve worker motivation, performance and customer service.
• Preferably with experience in handling Gas Station
• Willing to be assigned in our cavite stations
• Can start immediately

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php15, Php16,000.00 per month
