Station Supervisor

Job Purpose

Ensure the station operates safely and efficiently while delivering excellent customer service and leading station staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily station operations and staff performance
• Maintain safety, security, and customer service standards
• Handle incidents, emergencies, and service disruptions
• Communicate clearly with customers through announcements and assistance
• Supervise contractors, equipment checks, and minor maintenance
• Coach and develop staff to improve service quality

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or fresh graduate
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to manage staff and handle incidents confidently
• Basic sales and operational knowledge
