Station Supervisor

Job Description

• Oversee the overall operations of the station
• Supervise and coordinate the tasks of cashiers and pump attendants
• Create and manage employee work schedules
• Monitor inventory levels and oversee delivery receipts
• Generate sales reports and reconcile daily and weekly reports, along with other required documentation for management
• Train both new hires and current employees
• Identify and report any operational issues and propose effective solutions
• Implement strategies to enhance employee motivation, productivity, and customer satisfaction
• Prior experience in managing a gas station is an advantage
• Must be open to assignment at any of our Pasig/Pateros locations
• Immediate availability is preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php18, Php18,500.00 per month
