Job Description
The Station Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the overall operations of the fuel service station, ensuring efficient sales management, strict cash handling, accurate inventory control, and full compliance with company policies and government regulations. This role requires strong leadership to guide and develop station staff, uphold customer service standards, and implement operational strategies that drive profitability and sustainability. The Station Supervisor also coordinates with internal departments, manages facility and equipment maintenance, and ensures a safe and secure working environment for both employees and customers.
