**Position Title:** Stationary Engineer

**Position Summary**

Maintain safe and efficient operation of the boiler house including boilers, air compressors and water treatment plant while delivering the required steam, air pressures and volumes.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**

+ Operation of the boiler house (which includes tanks, pumps, compressors, lines, valves, and all equipment within the plant) in a safe manner in line with agreed procedures.
+ Proper communication and documentation as required for the operation of the plant to always ensure maximum output and quality of product when in operation.
+ Inventory control in the Caustic and Hydrochloric acid tank farms and all other chemicals involved with the process.
+ Maintains a high level of housekeeping in the work area including the caustic and acid tank farm.
