Job Description
- Lead country process mapping and drive standardization across the region.
- Own direct tax accounting under US GAAP and local statutory for all entities.
- Coordinate external tax service providers and align with Global Tax Reporting.
- Oversee SFS and the full tax cycle, including auditor requests and tax/statutory audits.
- Ensure on‑time statutory and direct tax filings and internal/external reporting (incl. monthly close).
- Manage the COE team (supervisor, seniors, staff) for statutory and tax matters.
- Secure accurate data and coordinate final reviews of direct tax returns with providers.
- Ensure accurate SFS via data validation and coordinated reviews across countries.
