Statutory Director for Kazakhstani company

POSITION OVERVIEW The Company seeks to appoint a Statutory Director with strictly limited authority for the purposes of company incorporation and statutory maintenance in the Republic of Kazakhstan. This is a non-executive and non-operational position. The Director shall not be involved in the management, commercial activities, or strategic decision-making of the Company. KEY FUNCTIONS Serve as the formally registered director in the state registry in accordance with Kazakhstani law. Sign statutory and tax filings prepared by licensed accounting firms on a semi-annual basis. Coordinate with appointed corporate service providers and professional advisors. Ensure timely submission of mandatory statutory filings.
