Statutory Reporting and Compliance Accountant

PRIMARY ROLE AND PURPOSE

To ensure company-wide compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements (BIR, SEC, DOE, DOLE, LGU, etc.) and internal accounting reporting standards through centralized monitoring, consolidation, and assurance.

The role is responsible for the preparation, consolidation, and filing of all company-wide BIR returns via eFPS, as well as the maintenance of a systematic and organized statutory archiving and document management system.

KEY RESULTS AREAS (KRAs)

• 100% on-time submission of all statutory and BIR reports
• Zero penalties arising from delayed or non-compliant filings
• Accuracy rate of consolidated statutory and tax filings of at least 98%
• 100% monthly compliance monitoring coverage across all entities and sites
• Complete and properly maintained archiving and filing of statutory documents (100%)
