Job Description
Make a difference as a Grief and Bereavement Practitioner at Stedman Community Hospice, providing essential support for patients and families in the Haldimand region. This temporary full-time role focuses on facilitating healing through compassionate care and community engagement.
This position is integral to the multidisciplinary team, where you will conduct assessments, offer emotional support, and collaborate with community organizations for holistic grief care. You will also lead bereavement groups and develop educational initiatives that foster understanding and resilience.
