Grandspan Development Corporation is seeking a highly experienced Steel Fabrication Supervisor to oversee the efficient and safe operations of our steel fabrication workshop. As a full-time position based in Binangonan Rizal, this role is crucial in ensuring the successful delivery of our construction projects.

What you'll be doing

1. Supervise and coordinate the activities of the steel fabrication team to meet production targets and quality standards
2. Develop and implement operational plans, work schedules and resource allocations to optimise workflow
3. Monitor and report on production output, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions
