Proficiency in welding techniques and steel assembly.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.

Physical stamina and ability to work at heights or in confined spaces.

Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.

Familiarity with steelworking tools and machinery.
