Steersman with Certificate (Inland Shipping)Your responsibilitiesSupervision of all operational matters on board the vessel
Safe navigation and execution of voyages on inland waterways
Responsibility for entrusted equipment and ongoing maintenance
Compliance with inland navigation, safety and shipping regulations
Our requirementsValid steersman certificate for inland navigation (EU)
Relevant experience as steersman on inland vessels (experience must be documented)
Valid seaman’s book / service record book (Dienstboekje / Vaarlogboek)
Sailing experience must be documented in the seaman’s book
Knowledge of inland waterways and navigation procedures
Communicative English or Polish
Reliability and availability for longer-term cooperation
