A mainstream college in Bromley is looking for a hands-on Learning Support Assistant to work alongside students with additional needs on vocational trade courses, including construction, electrical and bricklaying. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys practical, workshop-based environments and wants to support learners developing real-world trade skills. You will provide 1:1 and small group support within practical sessions, helping students work safely, follow instructions and gain confidence using tools and equipment.
