STEM Product Designer

Exploria is looking for a hands-on STEM Product Designer to turn complex scientific and engineering concepts into engaging, fun, and safe educational kits for children. In this role, you aren't just designing a toy; you are designing a learning experience. You will lead the development of our physical products (e.g., robotics kits, science experiments, DIY crafts) from the initial spark of an idea to the final boxed product.

Key Responsibilities

1. Product Ideation & R&D

• Conceptualize new STEM kits that align with Exploria's brand and current market trends (e.g., robotics, chemistry/slime, physics, coding).
• Research and validate educational concepts to ensure products are age-appropriate and curriculum-aligned.
• Build and test looks-like and works-like prototypes to verify functionality and fun factor.

2. Sourcing & Component Management
