The NEF, in partnership with mLab, is excited to share an opportunity for unemployed youth to participate in the STEP UP Digital Skills Programme. This initiative aims to equip young people with in-demand digital skills and support their transition into meaningful work opportunities within the digital economy.

• Empower youth with industry-relevant digital skills for employment, freelancing, and entrepreneurship.
• Strong focus on inclusive participation, especially women.
• Support SMEs and start-ups by providing access to trained digital talent.
• Includes specialised enterprise development support and services.

• Train 200 youth in Cloud Computing.
• Train 130 youth in Digital Talent streams.
• Achieve 60% female participation and 90% completion rate.
