Steriliser Operator

**Job Summary**

Operators are responsible for the sterilisation of all scheduled validated products in line with procedures, the movement of all QA-released non-sterile products from the packaging areas to the staging areas of the sterilisation suites, the preparation and routine sterilisation of each lot.

**Essential Functions and Responsibilities**

+ Participate as an active member of the Engineering, Supply Chain and Quality teams.
+ Communicate quality issues and developments at relevant meetings.
+ Assist in the day-to-day operation of the Ethylene Oxide Sterilisation Suite.
+ Assist in sterilisation validation activities.
+ Preparation and retrieval of Process Challenge Devices as part of the sterilisation process whilst complying the relevant safety and operating procedures.
+ Monitor the sterilisation process including clear alarms on the steriliser and ensure that product is processed effectively.
