Senior Director, Sterilization Services
Position Summary
The Sterilization plant leader is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the sterilization facility.
They source, recruit and oversee a team of employees, ensuring all safety and regulatory standards are adhered to and in place.
They manage all supply through the plant, from validation and test runs through to production runs.
They manage production and validation schedules to ensure safe and effective ramp up and day to day operations of the site.
They will collaborate with appropriate teams to create support structures and systems that ensure the highest level of Safety, Quality and Culture that enable us to drive supply chain resiliency to support continued uninterrupted product supply while also supporting future business growth.
