Job Duties

Handles the overall operation and profitability of all food and beverage outlets, including the casino floor beverage operation, banquet events, catering and special events, all cocktail lounges, and restaurant service bars. Oversee the monitoring of food and beverage quality and presentation, to ensure food and drinks are prepared and presented in an acceptable manner. Coordinate with supervisors to ensure proper scheduling and work assignments are in alignment. Monitor budgets and payroll, including purchasing of equipment and supplies.
