Job description:

Responsible for all F/B operating equipment's cleaning and maintenance. Manage Stewarding staff and ensure their effectiveness and punctuality. Trained and educate stewarding staff about the operation. Conduct inventory of all F/B Operating equipment. Control of breakages. Make monthly report for breakages and cleaning and chemical supplies.

• Supervise the duties of all stewarding department employees, facilities, operation.
• Responsible for the overall cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen and stewarding area.
• Oversee the daily tasks of all stewarding employees.
• Set up a Master Cleaning Schedule
• Be in charge of leading the stewarding team to ensure operational efficiency, driving quality standards.
• Lead and manage the Stewarding team in all aspects of the department and ensure standards are followed.
