Steward

Key Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using dishwashers or by hand
• Ensure all kitchen equipment and work areas are clean and sanitized
• Maintain cleanliness of floors, walls, storage areas, and waste disposal areas
• Dispose of trash and recycling in accordance with health and safety regulations
• Assist in basic food preparation when required
• Organize and store clean dishes and utensils properly
• Refill cleaning supplies and report shortages
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards
• Support kitchen and service staff during busy hours
